Nutella Bao: a legit thing.

I’ve been slacking off on my food posts, I apologize. I know you all expect more from me.

This was a thing from way back, but it was such a rare gem, I had to write about it.

For all the people in Singapore, it would require a couple of hours driving across the causeway and into Malaysia tho, but it’s a stop that’s well worth making if you’re a cafe fan, driving up to KL for a foodie trip.

Welcome to Three Little Birds in D7 – a modern office space. The ambience is pretty laid back and unpretentious. They take their coffee pretty darn seriously – there’s a master brewer on board, and coffee’s all roasted next door.

What we came for: Nutella Pau + Coconut Affogato RM18

A clever pairing – the Nutella Pau would’ve been a bit too much on its own, but having it with the coconut affogato cuts through the saccharine sweetness of it and makes it a joy to consume.

TLB also serves sandwiches, croissants and coffee in all different styles. If I wasn’t Singaporean, I’d frequent this place a lot more.
